My fitness plans are designed in 6-week blocks because it's the ideal amount of time for you to see noticeable progress and make lasting changes to your health and fitness. Here's why:

  4. Continuous Support: I’m here with you every step of the way—whether that’s through check-ins, adjustments to your plan, or offering new challenges. It keeps us on track and ensures your journey is personalized and evolving.

  5. Affordable and Flexible:  Your investment of $1200 includes up to 16 Coaching Sessions, a Complete Assessment (fitness, lifestyle, cardio and nutritional), Personalized Fitness Plan, Nutritional Recommendations, Mindset Coaching and Ongoing Support between Sessions. A 6-week committment is required. This structure allows you to make a consistent investment in your fitness while still having the flexibility to commit in manageable chunks. It’s a balance of long-term benefits and short-term commitment.
